I work with faculty, leaders, and organizations to rethink teaching and learning through the lens of play. Not as a gimmick, not as a set of cute activities, and not as a way to make rigid systems slightly more tolerable.
This work is about bringing curiosity, belonging, risk-taking, and real engagement back into learning spaces so people can do more than perform learning. They can actually experience it.

I hope to help people loosen the grip of over-structure and reconnect with what makes learning feel human, alive, & meaningful.
What makes this different
I’m not just talking about engagement strategies. I’m interested in the deeper question of what kind of classroom, culture, or learning space we are creating in the first place.
Play shifts the energy of the room. It invites more honesty, more experimentation, more connection, and more possibility. That shift changes what learning can become.
